where to check the authenticity of an international company ?

received an email from Royal Ireland & Finance Bank claiming that I’ve won money and a car. can anyone help me by telling me where or who can I ask to check the authenticity of this company? any sites?

The content tells you that the email is not legitimate. No need to go further.

If you continue communicating with them, they will ask you for bank account information.
