Where can I train to be an executive assistant / PA in Edinburgh or Scotland? ?

My wife wants to change career from Personal Mortgage Adviser for an International Bank to something without sales pressure like PA or executive secretary. With all her experience in finance she does not want to start from the bottom as a secretary. Where can she study and obtain a recognised degree or diploma that can help her transition in her career.
